Description
The guidebook calls Timbertop Camp a very strenuous hike and they’re not lying. It’s one of countless dramatic trails in Big Sur overlooking the Pacific Coast. On a warm summer day in 2019, I had the good fortune to make the trip with a group of veteran hikers and we were treated to a clear view of a fog bank along the coastline far below. I look forward to getting back on the trail with these friends again soon.
